For applying to Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course at SKM Institute of Health Sciences & Research, it is necessary that students should have cleared 10+2 examination with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognised board along with fulfilling eligibility criteria set by WBUHS.

Students who have the ability to do the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) or Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom) at the SKM Institute should necessarily qualify for 10+2 from a recognized board in either PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).

The course fees that are to be paid by the candidates during admission and during the semesters for BPT are ₹3,03,000, which include ₹44,000 at admission and ₹37,000 per semester for 8 semesters. The total fee that needs to be paid by the candidates taking BMLT and B.Optom courses includes ₹3,43,000, consisting of ₹63,000 at admission and ₹56,000 per semester for 6 semesters. There is no tuition fee charged in the internship year. A caution deposit refundable fee of ₹10,000 and uniform dress kit fee of ₹7,000 are paid at admission.
